The primary goal of school is to create a balanced atmosphere for learning, discipline and development of character. This will inspire children to take a quantum leap when it comes to facing the challenges of present and future. We do encourage the best qualities of youthfulness – curiosity, adventure, resilience, the capacity for surprising insight simply by being more flexible about time, texts, and tests, by introducing kids into truly competent adults, and by giving each student what autonomy he or she needs in order to take a risk every now and then. We train our learners to ace every standardized test, but support those who deviate and see light through a different lens the scheme of public education.
Our work strategy covers a wide range of choices by being an E-System to help both the Seeker and the Teacher to explore all the ways and modes:
To animate their Heads and Hearts, training school staff- teaching and non-teaching in required traits of the trade under personal care and guidance in groups and even at individual levels too To cultivate awareness amongst prospective parents about current but changing trends in global education by organizing GOOD PARENTING sessions at different levels To promulgate “Freedom within a domain” - concept until it becomes the second habit of both the teacher and taught To provide “Choice to Learn”- concept within a stipulated time frame and group To exercise “Choice to Play” through sport/dance/music/aerobics/personality traits” in place grade wise To imbibe personality traits “How to walk and How to talk” To evaluate without being judgmental on a regular basis till grade–II and thereafter, as per CBSE norms To plan and explore Curriculum and its outcomes is dealt with a “Flower and Fragrance” module schedule
Senior students share and care with their junior brothers and sisters their enriched experience and awareness of the changing scenario of global trends and values so as to strike a balance between the two just in a natural way to uphold the culture and traditions of our school.
